What is the guest capacity?
The maximum guest capacity is 150.
What amenities are included with the venue?
The Brick Office has 10 round tables (seating capacity: 10 each); 10 bistro tables; 150 chairs; string lights; and 2 rectangle tables for food service.
What hours are the rental terms for?

A full day is from 7 am - 11 pm.

Half days are available Sunday - Thursday for the hours of 7 am - 2 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm.

4 hour reservations are available on weekdays only from 7 am - 11 am, 11 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 7 pm, and 7 pm - 11 pm.
Are outside caterers and bars allowed?
Yes, they are allowed and encouraged! The space does not accommodate inside caterers.
Are guests allowed to bring in their own alcoholic beverages?
No, all alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender.
What is the parking situation for guests?
We have a parking lot located behind the venue with 46 designated parking spots.
When does music need to end?
Music needs to end by 10:30pm.
Is there a cleaning fee?
The rental contract includes cleaning terms that require clients to put away tables and chairs, sweep, and take out the trash. If clients do not clean, there will be an additional $150 fee.
